Scheduled for release in May 2012, this is a cloud internet application which is being developed around an asset management model as utilised by facility managers. The application uses a global directory which gives the administrator the ability to configure unlimited portfolios, sites and users, and to populate these sites with as many asset objects and work flow
transactions as is required. The interfaces are simple, intuitive
and role driven, as is the tailored information contained in the
built-in reports. The application can be accessed using a web browser, wherever there is internet.
Further development will extend the application to maintain asset component supply and distribution
with an integrated
inventory, customer call centre/support ticketing
and an integrated supplier and distributor management portal.
Lifecycle management accounting formulas and reporting data meet Australian
accounting standards, delivering information
such as asset current value using straight line depreciation.
